THE HOUSE
Accommodation is fairly spacious, traditionally furnished and homely. Le Moulin offers seclusion for those who seek it, whilst proving ample opportunity to enjoy the out door life.
Through the main entrance door you'll find the dining room, which comfortably seats six and has a double aspect over the front garden. There is a wood burning fire; seldom used because the central heating is more than adequate.

The adjacent sitting room, with French doors, is a beautiful place to while away a few hours listening to the river cascading over the mill. In colder weather there is nothing more homely than sitting by the log fire.
For the more active, the games room offers snooker, darts; backgammon, chess, drafts, pinball, cards and jigsaw puzzles galore.

The kitchen is fitted with electric hob, oven and microwave. In typical French fashion the extractor hood protrudes over the kitchen units; it is made of hardwood and is somewhat heavy on the head! There is a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all normal small appliances and kitchen utensils. User manuals are in small cupboard adjacent to the broom cupboard.
The adjacent breakfast room offers an open aspect across the fields to La Dives - a National river which forms our easterly perimeter. French doors open onto the patio with ancient barbecue and garden.
.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, two with double aspects over the front garden, another with en suite shower/WC. There are also two single inter connecting bedrooms. Duvets and pillows supplied, not so bed linen. There are two fully fitted bathrooms on this floor.

Access to the garage is outside to the rear. Now very much a workshop gardening tools are available for those with green fingers - you are welcome to potter. The adjacent chicken coop serves as a store. Here you will find bicycles and garden furniture.
